LOCATION The Thomas Aveling Schooll   

Providing essential support to the Examinations and Data Manager, prospective candidates should be well organised, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic candidates to supervise examinations and to ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions. Applicants should also be confident in using IT.

Whilst experience is preferred, full training will be provided for successful candidates. The role is ad-hoc, however hours will be agreed with successful candidates in advance and there will be an opportunity to work regularly during the school’s usual examination periods.

Applicants for this position must be available on the following dates:

 

  • Thursday 10th March (morning only) for a training session

  • Between 21st and 25th March inclusive for internal school exams, this will count towards the training prior to the public examinations in the summer.

We are an ambitious organisation of 5 schools looking to recruit an Executive Business Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide high quality financial support to ensure that the designated Trust schools make best possible use of resources and are able to provide the best outcomes for pupils. You will maintain and monitor the efficient management of the academies’ budgets, along with maintaining an overview of personnel, premises, ICT and health and safety matters.

LOCATION Fort Pitt Grammar School       

  • The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated but also willing and able to work effectively as part of a team

  • You will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning in your designated area

  • have a good standard of physical fitness due to the use of heavy floor machinery

  • have a good standard of reliability

  • The ability to be flexible would be an advantage for working over the whole school site

  • All staff are required to adhere to the health and safety at work act and COSHH regulations

The successful candidate will be subject to suitable DBS checks and satisfactory references
